30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@nalle.com.au. Our friendly customer service team will assist you with the return process. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our team.

 

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure a smooth return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns are at the expense of the purchaser.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on sale items (except where the item is damaged or faulty) or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We will then refund you the cost of the original purchase once we have received the item, providing it meets all the conditions. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
